Five-Star Super Sessions in the past have been Junior and Senior dominated, with a select few sophomore’s and maybe one absolutely gifted freshman making the cut.  This year is a whole new story; here at the Florida Super Session we have more than a handful of Freshmen an Sophomore players making a difference for their teams. These players have been vital to their teams success, which is rare at Five-Star.   This weeks Mavs team is lead by three freshman, Alaowei Talent, Marcel Denbow and James Labadi. They have been intricate pieces to the Mavs team success.  The Magic and Bulls main contributors have been their freshman guards, Hananif Cheatham and Jose Morales.  Their have controlled the pace and made sure to get their teammates involved.  Other impact freshman Melvin Brooks, of the Heat, and Lakers stud Sophomore Jonathan Joseph.

We will still look to see how these players, and thier teams, will fair in the playofs where the pressure and level of play is elevated.  But so far so good, make that great, for these handful of freshman.
